From a diverse background in community and cultural development spanning 30 years, the last 25 at Director/CEO level, Deborah has a strong record in management and policy development in the public and not-for-profit sectors as well as commercial environments. Deborah’s professional policy and research background spans cultural, social, health, social justice and environmental concerns. She has worked in Federal, State and local government jurisdictions as well as for the not-for-profit and commercial sectors. Deborah is a Master of Arts in Cultural and Media Policy (Griffith University), a Company Director, a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), an experienced facilitator and a qualified mediator (LEADR).
Greg Stonehouse - Director
Greg is a Director of Eramboo & along with Susan has a long history in the early development stages of Eramboo. Greg has been the voice & front person for Eramboo on a number of formal & informal occasions. His dedication to the pursuit of creating an artist environment that can be shared by the community & promoting the arts has been on-going. Susan Milne - Director
Susan is a Director of Eramboo and has been instrumental in the early development stages of Eramboo's transition phases right through to the present day. Susan has taught Sculpture classes at Eramboo since 1994 & has been the guiding force for many talented artists emerging through the doors of Eramboo. A practising Artist in her own right with a long list of exhibitions & shows to her credit as well as in collaboration with her partner Greg Stonehouse. Kimberly Clouthier - Director
Kimberly is budding sculptor, a story gatherer who possesses keen inquiry skills, and a futurist backed by more than 15 years of senior management experience in marketing. Her specialty is building collective capacity through story, enabling organisations to thrive in a fast paced future. She has achieved this with Fortune Global 500 and ASX200 clients in a myriad of industries. In 2010 Kimberly expanded into the futures field when she completed her post-graduate degree in Futures Studies at USC. Robby van Dalen - Director
Rob van Dalen works in the conception, design and application of online media. His skills and experience include translating a client's information and marketing objectives into functional websites. Rob also has significant experience in advising his clients on the implementation of social media tools and the design and management of social media campaigns. Rob’s skills and experience include the development of business and office methods and procedures.
